SHIPPING POLICY

Mellow Paw pet bibs are hand‑made in limited quantities. Production starts custom‑made for your order right after checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3‑5 business days, processed in the sequence orders come in. Business days exclude weekends and official public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, new product launches, or peak‑order seasons. We appreciate your understanding — every item is carefully handmade, and we trust the quality will justify your waiting time.
Note: The 3‑5 business‑day window refers to pre‑shipment production lead time. Actual delivery starts after your package leaves our facility, and transit times fluctuate based on destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather conditions and public holidays.
Shipping Coverage

We offer free shipping across the contiguous United States, excluding remote offshore islands. We ship worldwide to international locations. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they become available.
It is the customer’s obligation to submit a full, accurate shipping address. Returned parcels caused by wrong addresses or failed recipient pickup may incur extra return‑shipping charges borne by the buyer.
International buyers shall be liable for all applicable customs duties, import taxes and local clearance fees imposed by your country.
