Mellow Paw products are handmade in limited quantities. After an order is placed, we begin preparing and making the product specifically for your order.

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days, in the order they are received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

The 3–5 business day period is the production time before shipment. Delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, weather, and holidays.

Tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How do I find the right size?

Measure your pet’s neck and compare it with the size guide on the product page. Leave enough room to comfortably fit two fingers between the accessory and your pet’s neck. If your pet is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

What is your return policy?

For the health and safety of every pet, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos and videos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is handmade in small batches and prepared after your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch. Orders are processed in the order received.

How should I care for my Mellow Paw accessory?

Gently hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach, soak, or tumble dry. Reshape and lay flat to dry.

Can my pet wear the accessory all day?

Our accessories are designed to be soft and lightweight. For your pet’s safety, always supervise wear and remove the accessory before sleeping, rough play, or being left unattended.
