By using the Mellow Paw website or placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Mellow Paw products are handmade in limited quantities. Minor differences in stitching, fabric texture, pattern placement, measurements, and color may occur and are not normally considered defects.

Our products are decorative pet accessories only. They are not toys, collars, harnesses, leashes, restraints, or safety equipment.

Pet owners are responsible for:

Selecting the correct size
Supervising pets while the product is worn
Checking regularly for damage or loose parts
Removing the product if the pet shows discomfort or chewing behavior

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

All website content, including the Mellow Paw name, logo, images, text, and original designs, may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Are your pet products safe for my furry friend?

All of our items are crafted from pet‑safe, non‑toxic materials. We strictly test every product to ensure they meet high safety standards for daily pet use.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in their original packaging. Please reach out to our customer‑service team first to submit your return request.

When will my order ship?

Each piece is handmade in small batches and prepared after your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days before dispatch. Orders are processed in the order received.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
